Respected and trusted throughout the industry, Spencer is perhaps best known for his ability to instantly make his guests feel at ease. The talent and their teams know they are always in great hands.

Growing up in New Jersey, Spencer always knew the Entertainment Business was his calling. An internship at CNBC led to a 3-year job working with such talent as Dick Cavett, Al Roker, Phil Donahue & Daisy Fuentes. One afternoon, as he was chatting with AL Roker, he mentioned he needed a guest for his Saturday show and said he would love to interview (the late) Phil Hartman. While Booking was not in his lane, Spencer figured out how to reach Phil and booked him for the show. It was at that moment, that Spencer knew his path.

In 2023, Spencer wrapped up 14 years at Sirius XM, handling a wide variety of talent. He spearheaded booking the guests for shows hosted by Hoda Kotb, Jess Cagle, Andy Cohen, Kevin Hart, Sway Calloway, Bill Carter, Jenny McCarthy, Sandra Bernhard & Nikki Glaser.

Most significantly, Spencer booked Sirius XM's Signature TOWN HALL series that celebrated the biggest names in entertainment that often showcased the hottest films and shows coming down the pike.
